This is the kettle bell swing/pushup combo. I usually have clients start with 12 swings and then 12 pushups. Then 11 swings and 11 pushups....all the way down to 1. Keys to the kettlebell swing:
1. Keep your lower back neutral
2. Accelerate the kettlebell and then stop it
3. Try to pull it down to you. Don't just let it float.
4. You don't need anything to heavy. If you don't have a kettlebell you could use a 10 pound dumbbell.
